On October 28, 2022, I-Own Platinum Properties Realty and Brokerage’s (PPRB) celebrated their 5th year anniversary in the real estate and brokerage industry. Attended by various representatives from other developers in Cebu and the Platinum Champions, the event was held at Radisson Blu for a night of celebration and recognition. Vestahomes Commercial was also in attendance during the event, spearheaded by the company’s Broker Network Manager, Ms. Apple Ordinal, along with Mr. Edgar Baguhin, Project Manager, and Pierre Villarente, Marketing Officer. Decked in their most extravagant formal wears, the guests and the Platinum Champions truly shone like true stars shining in the skies.

Step out. Step up. Be on fire. The central theme for PPRB’s 5th year anniversary; a call to constantly strive for elevation and progress. The night was filled with so many deserving awardees and amongst those awarded during the evening were some of the agents who are part of the Le Menda Residences Focus Group—bagging some of the night’s highest awards. Vestahomes Commercial was also awarded the Growth Partners Excellence Award during the event for delivering an outstanding service and value to PPRB’s Sales People and Buyers.
